I wanted to thank you all but especially Dan Harding for doing a superb job in facilitating this transaction. Dan was a consummate professional and was as helpful and accommodating as humanly possible. If we were to write a list of what someone would want as an agent Dan has covered far exceeded all of those things. He was instrumental in getting all questions, concerns, issues, and problems solved as expeditiously and diligently as possible. If there was something needed by either party by the time you would ask Dan for it the item was already in the works. If I were ever going buy or sell a property again, Dan would be the go guy by far. He has the experience to understand the emotional, logistical, zoning and technical components of the transactions which is a rarity in this business. Dan is constantly in communication with all parties in the transaction and has a carte blanche endorsement of mine. This is a rare deal where all parties: the seller, the buyer, and the end all feel they got a fair shake. It was a pleasure working with Dan as he expedited our due diligence on so many levels. You are lucky to have such a great asset to your team. I will add one last line or two. Dan treated this deal as I would imagine he does with every deal as if it were his own. He acted as if he, or a good friend, or a family member was the buyer or seller. This is a rare talent quality often missed in the real estate brokerage world we live in today.

There were 4 of us who live about an hour away, Dan was very accommodating around our schedules show us houses, and was very knowledgeable about the area where look. His attention to detail is amazing. He has been a great resource, answering my incessant questions. He makes you feel like you are the only client he is working with, given his prompt replies to phone calls, emails texts. He did an unbelievable job helping us negotiate prices and look for inspections that ask for returns. It made the process easier knowing he was someone we could trust to get advice from.
